VSI-3 DI system

The heart of the VSI-3 DI LPG system is the new VSI-3 AFC computer with integrated DI injector emulation and full 'limp-home' functionality; ensuring overall system control, safety and efficiency.

This AFC is compatible with DI and DI+MPI engines.

The fuel pressure is controlled by the Prins eVP-500, the world’s First fully electronic LPG reducer for engines up to 500Hp; ensuring correct LPG supply in all operating conditions, for smooth and optimal drive-ability performance.

Fuel is delivered to the engine by high quality LPG injectors, such as Keihin injectors, known for their accuracy, endurance and speed.

Advanced software strategy delivers <5% petrol consumption, lowering emissions and fuel costs.

We are really proud to offer the latest system development from Prins: the unique and revolutionary VSI-3 DI LPG system suitable for a wide variety of vehicles equipped with a petrol engine where the fuel is directly injected in the engine (DI - Direct Injection).

The Prins AFC-3.0 DI computer, is the heart of the system, and ensures overall system control, safety and efficiency. The Prins eVP-500 ensures correct LPG supply flow in all operating conditions for cars up to 500hp. The Keihin LPG injectors are known for their accuracy, endurance and speed.

The system is also equipped with a Prins multi-color switch, a Prins filter, an LPG tank in the spare wheel compartment and the filling point near the petrol filling point. As the vehicle has a gas tank and a petrol tank the total range can be extended to more than 1,000km without filling up. LPG is the best sold alternative fuel worldwide and is available at a wide number of fuel stations.
